If so, then I am in fact saying that it is a small deal
It's the equivalent of thinking you've found £10 in the street but bending over and finding it's only £7.50. Crashy would be saying 'haha you've lost £2.50'.0 -

When was the last time you found £10, or even £7.50 in the street Wotsit? That is what free money from houses was, an unlikely one off event for most people.0 -

I find money much more frequently than one off events. You want to pay more attention to your surrounding, Crassy. If you think of it as 'us' verses 'them', then it's probably your side that are the villains.0 -

You're so shortsighted - owning your own home is the gift that keeps on giving for life. It's like finding free money every day.
I bought around the same time you STR 'ed in the '90's. My house has increased in value by around 3x and my mortgage rate is about a quarter. You've been lucky too - your HMO costs no more than it did 15 years ago.
Forget Larry - they're now saying as happy as wotsit and crashy.0 -

Still well up year on year, but the thing is that it only really matters when you sell, interim valuations mean next to nothing for existing owners (unless the LTV ratio comes into play if remortgaging.Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop0 -
