Just out of interest, given all the things you've learnt in the last few pages, did you actually find anything out about the other one that sold aside from "it's on the same street"?

I liked you better with your "gay" Avatar, made your nonsense more fluffy somehow.

Hope for your sake Scotland leaves the UK and prices actually come down to pre-2014 levels. I guess it would take a huge dirty bomb, ISIS invasion and Mugabe becoming prime minister to reduce london house prices by 5%.

as canadian country legend michael macdougal would say "that much is true"
he could emigrate to london and buy one of the surplus horrible new builds on the cheap
  • Asking prices might have come down slightly in places like Wood green, tottenham, edmonton and places where buyers in their panic have overlooked the significant feral barbarian population who aren't going anywhere for a very long time.
Anything a little bit nice in a good area like Hendon or Finchley is still going up.
