Waltham forest did well in in the first 4 months as isn't that when the peak was. Up 25.2%.

London up 1.8% in latest Land Registry report published this morning.

    Yup, it's peaked.

It says that but at the same time the monthly increase in boroughs doesn't seem congruent ...

'Newham experienced the highest monthly increase, with a movement of 1.6 per cent'

Does this mean Newham was something like 2% last month and went up again by
    2.064% this month ?

Proudly voted remain. A global union of countries is the only way to commit global capital to the rule of law.

I agree, but I chose to ignore the discrepency :D

Most of the boroughs are down slightly, so how can the headline figure be +1.8%??

It did the same last month, I think it's a percentage change rather than a percentage increase. So haringey is up again but 0.4% less up again as it was last month.

    No very clear though.

Also the colour key for the first graph is wrong isnt it ?

And now the Halifax reports prices up 2% over the last month. Oh these accursed plus signs!

It's easy to see why this has gone quiet. If you perform your own B&S methodology on Walthamstow it's grim viewing indeed.

It was only going to ever end one way, that may be it until the 20's now. Can the last man on the thread please turn off the lights on the way out.
Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one birdThe only time Chuck Norris was wrong was when he thought he had made a mistakeChuck Norris puts the "laughter" in "manslaughter".I've started running again, after several injuries had forced me to stop

We tried our best to tell them. The only real fool though is me for doubling down. I'm sitting on something like 85% equity, what an eegit.

Funny that when one goes quiet so does the other ...
