    No, he said people were making offers and relying on their fantasy price for houses that had not yet sold going through and supplying the money, that is different to actually having the money. The sales that went through were from people who actually had the money.

    No, he said people were making offers and relying on their fantasy price for houses that had not yet sold going through and supplying the money, that is different to actually having the money. The sales that went through were from people who actually had the money.

    Yes from the sale of their properties in many cases.

    It will when the main indexes turn negative. Less lively thinkers than us will be influenced to drop their prices, and panic a bit. (maybe not in that order)

    yes, banks were lending funding for lending cash (probably money that the bank of england had just printed) to bomads
