But trust me, I couldn't do that any time,
C'services said "It's not our fault",
"Your contract's old, your handset's broke",
'Pay us money and we'll fix it, at least for a while",
But I didn't want to feed these robbers,
So I left and found some others,
T-Mobile they dunked it, them it were that flunked it,
And now I've gone with someone else,
You don't ask, and I won't tell,
So now I'm free, and all ends well,
The day T-Mobile died.

i had years of the idiots, im just awaiting my last contract end, oohh when it was 121 customer service was that too,

Vodafone is the best of a bad bunch and thier not perfect but defo the best

from my point of view, i've been with every major mobile phone supplier and find that T-Mobile has been the best in terms of Service and Price
Vodafone was the most expensive
O2 was average, nothing to shout about and
Orange has the worst coverage, and i always get dropped calls (works phone)

the thing with mobile networks, is that it is each to their own... someone will have a different opinion to me too probably...

Agree with you about O2. the problem is that, actual service aside, each network has some distinguishing feature that makes it more appealling than its competitors. For example, for T-Mobile it's the Web 'n Walk, for Orange it's the additional free online SMS, so you're not going to know about the actual service until it's too late, because there is no way to compare like with like.
