Anyone else having trouble logging in? No error messages it just gets stuck on the page. Their advice is try another browser - already tried Safari and Firefox. How many browsers do I have to install just to use this one site!? They as much help as chocolate teapot. It's just a circular argument of phone help saying try…

if you are getting that service unavailable message when you try to login using passcode and memorable word, try instead using the pinsentry option, which then hopefully takes you to the next screen, where you can switch back to the passcode/memorable word method and that lets you login.
ok it sounds nuts, but it worked for me! best of luck!
(oh, that was using safari as browser)
