Barclays online

Anyone else having trouble logging in?

No error messages it just gets stuck on the page.

Their advice is try another browser - already tried Safari and Firefox. How many browsers do I have to install just to use this one site!?

They as much help as chocolate teapot. It's just a circular argument of phone help saying try yet another browser and then when that doesn't work either if contact them on twitter (as others have) they just say try the phone line ...

Very long calls to India - not free ( is this Barclays making more money?)

Web chat gets no response just a message saying advisor will be with you shortly - shortly is clearly more than an hour, maybe longer but by that time I have given up!

I just want to check my accounts!! Grrrr!!

    I was on Barclays around the same time as the OP - no problems at all.
    Suggest you clear out your cookies and browser history and try again.
    The questions that get the best answers are the questions that give most detail....

    Tried iPad and cleared all cache with no success.

    Will wait until morning and try again.

    I'll wager a tenner the problem is your end not theirs; you need a PC tech, not a bank helpline...

    Barclays Premier customers got a 'new look' login screen a few weeks ago which was not loading properly at first, preventing access to accounts . (Earlier in the afternoon the 'old' version of the login page had still been available and logging in worked as usual)

    This new page then began loading correctly the next morning, allowing logging in again.
    .....under construction.... COVID is a [discontinued] scam
