How do I see what a member has bid on/won?

I have a buyer claiming item not arrived. Item was posted last week of July, this is the first time I have been contacted about it and contacted through the dispute system
so I refunded immediately. However when I reread their comments they have said they contacted me several times I hadn't replied which isn't true so I decided to have a look at their feedback and lo and behold the last 2 feedback they have left has been to say item did not arrive and another 2 earlier in the year.
I am trying to see what else they have bid on lately but when I put their member ID in the advance search it just takes me to their ebay page. Anyone help?

I am reporting the buyer through live chat but do not know how this will affect me as a seller.0

Hi Flo,
I don't think you can see what an ebayer has bid/bought unless it's your items.
By their comments do you mean the feedback they have left you?0 -
You used to be able to do it on Goofbay. Not sure if it still works thoughYou're only young once, but you can be immature forever

No feedback left for the last 2 sellers they have bought from. 1 negative saying haven't received item and seller delaying and the other saying refunded item not not received. They also have another 2 left earlier in year saying not received item and 1 saying item broke in post.
This is feedback they have left. They also have 2 recent negatives for not sending or refunding to their buyers.0 -
If it still works: scroll to the bottom of "My eBay", Site Map..., Under the heading "Connect", Find a Member, slect by bidder and enter the ID.Warning: any unnecessary disclaimers appearing under my posts do not bear any connection with reality, either intended, accidental or otherwise. You may find enough sellers have left recent auto feedback for them in order to contact a few sellers.Warning: any unnecessary disclaimers appearing under my posts do not bear any connection with reality, either intended, accidental or otherwise. Your statutory rights are not affected.0

Any chance they will be kicked off? I am wondering if I can stop the refund going through.0

When I do that it just takes me to a page showing their latest feedback and wht they have for sale - their homepage I am assuming but nothing showing what they have bid on.0 -
It looks like they may have stopped it working. What I did was contact some of the sellers in positive feedback that was left for the person concerned. Just explain that you are another seller and you are contacting the next x number of sellers to see if their were any issues with buyer xxx. Until you have replies in the affirmative, I have found there is nothing eBay will do. When you have replies from the other sellers, they will log it as "suspicious buyer" and the investigation takes 48 hours. I have had 3 accounts completely shut down this way, but you only know by going back and checking because of the data protection act.Warning: any unnecessary disclaimers appearing under my posts do not bear any connection with reality, either intended, accidental or otherwise. Thanks have contacted 4 of their previous sellers and will wait to see what they say. Ebay have said that they have reported the buyer for me through live chat not that I think that will do anything.0
