Of course. He hasn't paid - they have taken him to court for the non-payment; HHJ Moloney said he should pay - he has appealed.

I'm talking about whether he paid the judgment after the initial case - the PP link doesn't actually mention this either way.
Is the appeal (partly) to get the original judgment quashed and his monies refunded? Or is it to (partly) determine whether he has to still pay the original judgment?0 -
He wouldn't be able to appeal if he paid.0
