edit your last post, then edit the popla appeal above to show the changes you need to make
the appeal is as RK so do not mention anything about the driver or drivers, other than to call the person driving THE DRIVER, so remove anything that isnt true and just ameand it accordingly to THE DRIVER
as for the signs, change the wording to indicate what you just said, about not being obvious and unlit etc0 -
Sorry for taking a while to reply! Right I have edited my POPLA appeal post and basically corrected where the sign is and took out the multiple drivers things, does it look alright to send to POPLA now?

Yes Muzzzz, submit it to POPLA ticking 3 out of 4 appeal reasons (it's obvious which!). Tell us when you win at the end of October, because PE won't contest it.
