Have you tried searching the forum for Wigan as a keyword or checking the sticky thread called 'Successful Complaints about PPCs' (one of those collated by Crabman near the top of the forum)? I am certain that particular Retail park has cancelled these before when customers have assertively complained. However as you've heard nothing yet I would wait, bide your time and if you do get a letter as keeper then complain to the Retail park, as keeper, about a letter out of the blue hassling you about some alleged fake fine from months ago, that you have no idea about, but you do know the firm has a terrible internet reputation on forums so you want the landowner to step in and cancel the stupid thing (do not imply who was driving and DON'T complain yet).On Robin Park car park Wigan.
Do a forum search for 'Wigan' and look at the sticky thread I mentioned for the other cases in that car park, cancelled I am certain, in the end. And just wait, keeping the idea of a complaint in readiness in case a silly threatogram arrives.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
