Did not park between marked bays

Who knows whether 'they aren't bothering to send one out'? Only they will know that, no one here does!
The criterion is 56 days. No, you definitely do not ignore it, it will need to be appealed. If the PPC has failed to deliver a NtK within the time limit, they fail a PoFA 2012 requirement to pursue keeper liability. They can only then chase the driver - about whom the keeper is not obliged to reveal details.
No keeper liability will be a strong part of any appeal you make - if they are bothering to send one out. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I too was issued with a FCN from Capital 2 coast for not parking between marked bays. I was in fact between the lines but sticking out two or thre feet as there was an adjacent wall which made it impossible to open the driver door. This is a private car park in a block of flats. But I noticed on the FCN that they have my car registration number down wrong so I have written to them to say I am not the owner of that vehicle so it doesn't apply to me. Do you think they might drop it?0

Nope they won't. But you need to start your own new thread when they respond. Basically - think about it - you should have IGNORED that windscreen PCN!I too was issued with a FCN from Capital 2 coast for not parking between marked bays. Just out of interest, though - why did you not see the big, bright, white lines that the rest of us have to park in the middle of? Did you not lock your car? You must have noticed you were straddling lines?
It's my proper pet hate in a Car Park, so forgive me please OP!! I don't want to start an argument, just interested to hear what you were thinking. (and I genuinely hope you avoid the fine because THAT behaviour, by those SHARKS is also awful...)0 -
What "fine"? I think you mean speculative invoice? What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

Just thought I would let you know that I have had no communication from CSM at all - the charge was left on my car 19th August and it's now 11th November. Seems odd they are not pursuing this0

Careful what you wish for!
In PPC world, no news is ............ just that, no news. Not much else you can do, so get on with life. CMS - got the initials wrong. No time limit then on when they follow this up.0

Yes but what is the full name of the firm, there is more than one and I am sure it's not the BHA footballer Craig Mackail-Smith (known as CMS for short to fans like me) who ticketed you!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
