Onestopphoneshop cashback dates
I know this has been covered before but there seem to be conflicting reports and whenever I call the osps cs number it is engaged.
I started a osps cashback deal on 16 December with cashback due on M4, M8 and M12. My monthly bills are dated the 10th.
Which bill do I need to claim my M4 cashback - the April 10 bill or the May 10 bill?
Thanks in advance for your help and patience.

Send your current April bill m8. You pay rental in advance so it will cover the 16th. Send a copy of the whole bill and dont forget the claim slip perhaps with a covering letter saying you contacted cust serv anyway. Sent mine recorded delivery just to be sure. I had no prob getting thru to cust serv about 10am. Good luck.0 -
I think it is quite clear stated in the OSPS paperwork:michaels wrote:...there seem to be conflicting reports...
How to calim your free gift or cashback (if applicable)
1)...For example '25 cashback m3' would signify you are able to claim £25 cashback after 3 months of being connected....
....
Please note that this is the number of months connected NOT the number of invoices received from your network provider.

I emailed OSPS to get clarification in writing from them on this very point.
My deal commenced 23/12/2004 and my bills are dated on the 10th of the month. So my situation is practically the same as yours.
OSPS say to send them the first bill i receive after 23/4/05 along with the claim forms .

Two contradictory answers so far...just to be on the safe side can you please post the result after you have(/have not) received cashback. Mine's due June - or is that July?
If you go for the 10 May bill, you might just as well include the copy of the 10 April as well; you can't go wrong that way. Or can you?0 -
I see no problem in sending them both bills , as then they cannot possibly claim that you have sent the wrong bill. Both bills will be within the 45 claims window.
I also intend sending them a copy of their email to me staitng that i should send the may bill.
To be honest, Ive never had a problem with cashback offers, and Ive had several. As long as you abide to the terms and conditions very closely they always have paid up.0
