However... that's not the end of it. Ashli took her nappy off this morning and has decided she doesn't want one back on! So we have unexpectedly started potty training this morning and she's wearing her big girl pants. So far we haven't had any accidents but we haven't had any wees on the toilet yet either.... It's actually quite badly timed as my mate is having them for the day today and is picking them up at 12!! Should be interesting! lol!!
Often the best way. That's what my eldest did said he didn't want to wear nappies anymore, we had 2 or 3 wet accidents in the first fortnight, either in the car seat or cos he was busy playing, and never a soiled accident. It was such a doodle, that when he got to nursery and other mums were talking about toilet training I had no idea what they were on about- I thought they all took their nappies off the way DS had :o :rotfl: DD made sure I was educated otherwise when it was her turn to come out of nappies though.

Good luck with the potty training - no real advise to give as no kids myself!

With the monitor - pop a wanted on Freecycle - there's often old monitors going on my one as people replace them with flat screens.

Try pushing it in then - you'll be able to see whether it makes a difference.

Does the noise sound like it's coming from the socket, or deeper inside the monitor?

Autoglass have been round and fixed the chip in our windowscreen.. literally took 15 mins and hasn't cost us a penny. :D
We've also had a guy come round to give us a quote for turfing the garden and putting some slabs down with a view to us being able to have it done for next summer. Our garden is a right state with loads of rocks and no proper grass and we really want somewhere safe for the girls to play and somewhere for us to sit so we thought we'd get a quote and see what we'll be looking at to have it done. He's measured up and is going to send us a quote in the next week or so. :)
