Delighted to hear yous had a good night out. Poor Ste still in pain, you may help him to forget that he has any pain. :rotfl: :rotfl:
Sorry for hi-jacking your thread IA. Thanks for all the best wishes.
My sister is getting out of hospital this evening but the baby has to stay behind. He has a chromosome disorder but apparently they wil not know until Wednesday which chromosome disorder he has. I always see my nieces and nephews before they are 24 hours old, he is the first I have not seen within 24 hours of birth. Only his parents are allowed in. My sister and brother-in-law have another 4 children but they are not allowed in to see him, nor are his grandparents. I am going to see my sister tonight and I will see a photo of the baby then. I personally do not have children myself but when my husband I take any of my nieces or nephews out for the day or even just visit they do not want us going home. When we visit this house, 1 child holds on to my ankles, another child holds on to my husbands ankles, another takes the key for the front door and blocks it while the fourth takes the key for the back door and blocks it.
I just hope he is alright but apparently I am hoping for a miracle. Therefore all you parents reading this please give your child/children a big hug tonight and when they say or do something wrong be thankful they can.0 -
Awww Jo, your post made me cry. I am praying for a miracle for you. xxx"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250

Sorry, didn't mean to make you cry. Thanks, I really hope the doctors are wrong, they don't always get things right.
BTW he was baptised shortly after he was born yesterday evening. His name is Shane James, he only weighed 4 lbs and he was born 2 1/2 weeks early.0 -

My thoughts are with Shane, his parents and all the family. You sound like a fab Auntie JoJo (do you get that?)
Did they know before he was born that there were worries? I am with Snaggles though and hoping for a miracle, if that is not to be then cherish and relish every second that you all have with precious Shane.
Much Love
