Jo, I believe miracles happen every day. I'm hoping and preying your little man will grow to be big, strong and healthy. x

My thoughts are with Shane, his parents and all the family. You sound like a fab Auntie JoJo (do you get that?)

Did they know before he was born that there were worries? I am with Snaggles though and hoping for a miracle, if that is not to be then cherish and relish every second that you all have with precious Shane.

    Much Love

Thanks! I don't know about being a fab auntie though. I am always called auntie Joe. When I first went to the childrens school, either plays, or to collect them or leave them off, their teachers found it strange that they said auntie Joe because apparently they were not sure whether I was going to be male or female. :o :rotfl:

They knew that his leg was turned in, I think they referred to it as a club leg, and that he might have downs syndrome but he hasn't got down syndrome. One of his hands isn't right, apparently his brain isn't totally functioning although he is breathing on his own from he was born, according to my sister his ears and chin aren't right but I don't know what is wrong with them. He is supposed to look like his big brother who will be 6 years old on Thursday coming.

The other children in the family are a girl who will be 16 years old on Thursday, another girl who is 14 years old, another girl who will be 8 years old in April next year and a boy who will be 6 years on Thursday. The youngest 2 think Santa is going to bring Shane home on Christmas day. Although they have seen Shanes photo they have not noticed anything wrong with him so maybe he has a mild condition.
