IA's 'Does my bum look big in this Debt?' Diary

If I understood it right, you will only have a very small shortfall - and you are pretty much an expert at finding money from nowhere, so I'm sure you will cope. On paper we have a big deficit at the moment, but with overtime, cutting back as much as we can and finding extra money from cashback sites, bingo etc, we are managing. And Hypno is another great example of someone who admits to a deficit income, but still manages to pay big chunks off her debt AND save for her girls to go skiing etc.
You will survive....oh as long as you know how to love you know you'll.......oh, hang on, got lost in karaoke for a second there......
Is Ste not due a payrise any time soon?
And there's always the band - presumably you will be wanting to do some gigs (if you ever find a singer :rotfl:), which might bring in some money (small at first I would think, but may increase as you get yourselves known).
There's always hope chick! No payrise for Ste although there may be bonuses i the distant future. which would no doubt mess out tax credits around
I think I'm just so used to us living off tax credits that I forget about everything else as that's been strictly for paying off debt.... and as for making money with the band? If anything it'll cost us more in recording fees etc!!! Typical isn't it! :rotfl:Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

gaaah. Everytime I get a glimmer of hope it's trashed. :wall:
Aren't you currently working w/ends? What about continuing with that, at a supermarket etc if Argos doesn't keep you on.
You're almost at the final hurdle :T -you can do it
BTW- I was without a pc for a while but managed to occasionally lurk via hubbys laptop so I know you got a new tv but what happened to the one you got earlier this year? Have you still got it or could it be sold?0 -
I've never ever ever watched a telly programme yet and noticed the carpet so i really wouldn't worry at all!
And anyway, it's a MSE thing, not how clean is your house!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -

And you *know* that as soon as the programme cuts to your clip, we will all be looking to see just how bad the carpet is!!! You really shouldn't have mentioned it at all :rotfl:
