Hiya hon sorry to hear about cystitis it's horrible I know. Only suggestion I have is to drink at least half a pint, whole pint if you can manage it, of water every hour on the hour. This not only helps flush out your system but also means that every time you have the urge to pee you can IYSWIM. Hope you feel better soon. XX

:hello: I'm here... sowwwyy.... was on a 10.30 til 5.30 shift yesterday and when I got in I was KNACKERED so we ended up having a large chips for dinner and then slobbing on the sofa all night watching the Planet earth set I got Ste on bluray for his birthday.. I'd forgotten what it was like the work a (nearly) full day.. it's a killer!
Nothing planned for today (as we're skint) except for band practice later from 5-7.
