This stuff is biscuit so really good and is sometimes of 3 for 2 or has free pouches which stink, but Bertie seems to like them!

I might try the towel bit next time. I'm always the one that gets to hold him! Which means i am scratched to pieces!

Try wrapping Lewis up in an old bath towel, keeping all paws tucked away, then one hold him tight while the other squeezes each side of his bottom jaw so his mouth opens, then post the tablet in & rub his throat til he swallows (its a reflex thing)

It's a sinister and expensive way but somehow worming the cats from the outside appeals, I ain't picking the kits up for a while after though :rotfl:

I tried Stan on that but he liked it too much & worked out too expensive! I then found a bogof in Tesco of Iams, I think my local store were getting rid of the big bags (about 18m ago now). Then when that finished I got him onto the Pets At Home stuff....and when he was put down they happily took back the 3 bags I bought the day before (and gave me full price refund, not 3 for 2!)

Biscuit is loads better - and if the kids step in the bowl you just sweep or hoover it up, rather than mopping smelly yucky stuff!

This is how we flea treat Bertie..... Tablets made him foam at the month!!

Cat do not just sit there and let you do this!! They play an active part in running away from you!

Ours still manages to spray it all over the floor! He's a very messy eater! We have tried him on cheaper stuff and he just doesn't eat it! He's like me and likes the expensive stuff! :o

Stan learnt the hard way - it just stayed put until he was so hungry he'd have eaten the cardboard packet!

  • My dogs are on dried, complete meal, food (Beta puppy), but wont touch it without some smelly meat or fish in it  To be fair, plain, dry, biscuit does sound a bit boring even to me! Their coats are fab though, really soft and shiny.
