    In good news have had 2 letters today.. one confirming Ste's citi is FINALLY closed and the other saying that parcelforce are looking into my claim for compensation for their c*ck up..should hear from them with the outcome in under 30 days so fingers crossed!

    Ugh I'm having a nightmare here and I am absolutely furious. I bought 326 items from argos and need to return them all for various reasons. I've just checked online and all of my local stores are closed... I tell you! So, it seems tomorrow I need to drive all the way to flippin Staffordshire to get my refunds and argue the toss with the girls who work there. There's going to be one cross toto tomorrow morning!!

    Hope you don't mind me hijacking thread Sar but has anyone heard from Snaggles today ? Her last post on her diary last night she was really worried about Ryan's behaviour.I keep checking but nothing posted as yet today as far as I can tell.
