Just chased up my childminding application with Ofsted. They said they can't see anything that they're waiting for apart from social services details because apparently 'I'm known' to social services and they need to find out why.... eeek! Apparently they chased that up on the 18th so I shouldn't have to wait that long...
Wonder why social services know me...Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

Maybe SS know you because you have worked with children before?? Surely when you were working at the nursery there were some checks made on your background?? just a thought..
MrsB.
I read your diary regularly, but never post - great news on Citi, and good luck with the others.
It's only a game

With SS what it could be is simply your age when you first fell pregnant... I've worked in partnership down here with the teenage pregnancy team at the local council, and if you were 19 when you first got pregnant you would have fallen under them - nothing to worry about though as the people down here admitted, 19 year olds were put on thier 'list' as they were officially teenagers, but as 19 is classified as an adult in every way they never really did much (they had more than enough work trying to help the 13 year olds!)Total Debt 13th Sept 2006 (exc student loan): £6240.06
