Did you pay an admin fee? Just been to check and the £9 Scarlett money is showing as received but a £5 admin fee deducted ~ do you know if this is annual?

I think you pay £5 per year providing you have earned enough.....if not, you don't pay anything.

Well Ste's gone from an o2 contract to an o2 contract and we've had no problems.. he had a different number though...I am currently with O2 but I want to stay with O2. Can I still take out a new contract with dial a phone and keep my existing number?
Can someone please answer as I really need to get this sorted?
