  • Hi

Go out tonight and have a great time. Tomorrow you will feel rough but get through it by thinking of the good that you will be bringing for the charity you are running for. The pain will only last a short while and you will feel better for doing it (Maybe a couple of days later mind :rotfl: ).

Good luck we are all behind you and we want to see the finish line photo's

Good luck for tomorrow and have a lovely night our tonight. (I 'fast walked' my race for life the other week - 56 minutes in total on rough ground so my friend and I were happy - if you can't manage the running don't worry - getting round is what matters).

  • Hi IA
I did the race for life in 2002, when dd was 10 weeks old (carried her in a sling) and we just walked it, lots of people were - so don't worry if you can't run the whole route! Enjoy tonight (was hoping for a photo of the outfit!) and go for it tomorrow!!
