OMG I ache like nothing on earth! everything hurts!! We did a bit of both... ran a bit walked a bit ran a bit more walked a bit more. The course was seriously uneven terrain across fields and through woods and at least half of the course was totally uphill and really steep so hard to actuall yrun without doing your ankles in. Managed to do it in 45 mins though andit was a great laugh if utterly exhausting. Luckily the weather wasn't too hot either and it didn't rain.
Soo soo soo tired and hurting all over but I think anyone would be if they'd walked/ran 5km after a night on the tiles! lol I have blisters on blisters and I'm hobbling along like an eejit because my hip hurts lol..
I've truly knackered myself up! lmao!

Thank you for all the congratulations guys... have yet to find out exactly how much we've raised all in all but will update as soon as I know..
