My plane was delayed for 6 hrs we were put on the plane for over 1hr then toke off again do i have a leg to stand on?

I am sorry that your flight was delayed from Glasgow to Enfidha on 5th March 2014. Your safety is our main priority and we like to be open and honest about the reason for your delay.

Looking at our records I can see that your flight was delayed because the number one engine pressure regulating and shut off valve had to be replaced due to failing to control pressure in the pneumatic system.
