I am in Cardiff, and they(Virgin mega store) have £5 flat discount on most of the phones.
Even Nokia 1112 is at only £14.99 with 200minutes, and Samsung c300 at £34.99 alsong with 200 minutes and a further free topup of £5. I have bought one of each.
Not sure if its a nationwide offer or not.
