  • It is so much easier to avoid spending money when there are no shops nearby, and no public transport to go further afield. NSD 9/10 for a relaxing Sunday.

Well. matron kerri, if you insist on getting your pole out at the prom then at least make sure you're properly dressed......the last time the Fire Service visited, they arrived during one of your demonstrations in PE, and rumour has it they have never quite been the same since catching sight of your voluminous regulation navy blue cotton bloomers.......did they really waive the call-outs charge? I never knew that.....and there was I, stopping Igor's pocket money all this time to pay for it......

  • I've lost track of this month - It's been a weird month where a lot of stuff has been going on and things to be sorted & started
(Such as getting a new laptop for "free", Starting to get some recruitment agency work, *some* overtime in my actual work & just going out with family.)

so I'm going to skip September and start my NSD tracking again in October.

I feel like I kinda of (insert bad F word here) this month but hey I can always try again next month.

Good luck to everyone else though!
    You're all doing so well!

Does that mean i can wear one of my sparkly outfits this time please? It is a prom after all (although i'll have you know i rocked those navy blue cotton bloomers - I was going all Steampunk')

Feel free to drop in and chat DeafLeopard, sometimes life does get in the way of our best intentions but makes us all the more determined for the next month.

Well I'm pooped, did a car boot today, made about £43 (thought I'd made more but forgot to deduct my entrance fee) which wasn't too bad. Not sure how much stuff I actually shifted, still seemed a lot going back in the loft but some if just car boot equipment like poly sheets for the rain, coat hangers etc etc. So it's kinda an 'in profit day' more than a NSD :money:

Which does take me up to NSD #12

Errr, Nargle did you say Igor could decorate the hall for the prom? I'm not sure, but I don't think using poor Hubert as a live pinata is a particularly good idea - we're not trying to stage some Carrie reenactment you know, and goodness knows what effect all that spinning would have on Hubert's delicate constitution

Deaf Leopard - don't call this month a f.......month, just class it as a month off and start again in October. You are allowed the odd bit of time out if your Other Life gets in the way, you know!
