It really makes you think about your spending doesn't it!
Oh boy,it does that!DeafLeopard wrote: »would you guyscount any money you put away in your savings?
No,I wouldn't count it as a spend.After all,you've not spent.You've just transferred it.Buffythedebtslayer wrote: »new job very busy.

Good luck with the new job!
cw18 I hope that you're managing ok.Are you still not allowed to use your injured hand at all?
Well, the good news is that I've got all your names written down, along with your targets and nsds already captured. The bad news is that I won't update the front page just now.I'm a wee bit tired.I promise that it will be taken care of tomorrow.
Don't forget about the 'in a row' challenge. There's not many of us.
BTW there are 49 of us in total! :j:j0 -
I thought I'd finally made it off the starting blocks today but then the bin cleaner man came knocking. Oh well, to make up for it I've put the kids lunch money and snack money into envelopes in advance in the hope of getting my first NSD on Monday (busy weekend so no hope before then).

I forgot to ask:has Igor sorted out the tuck shop yet?He mistakenly ordered some laxative chocolate.I just hope that someone noticed the error...
I heard that he was planning on making some 'fly cemeteries' as well.Someone needs to check them out ASAP!
And can someone tell Hubert that wearing pink strappy high heels when playing hockey is just not on!Our fab P.E. teacher Miss Gossage (just call me sausage!) was quite clear on this matter....0 -

NSD #2 in the bag here, went up the shop to get milk (allowable spend) but only took enough for milk so no temptation there.

Please Head Teacher marmite miss! You know the catering packs of Gaviscon, Immodium and Syrup of Figs you ordered? Well, Igor went and added it all to the school lunch Spotted !!!!!! the other day.....that is why the main block toilets are out of action, and why there are so many absences in class at the moment....not that I'm telling tales, of course......One life - your life - live it!0

Right, school, as Head Prefect it is my job to organise getting the place ready for Head Teacher marmite's inspection. We know not at what time she will arrive, rumour has it she flew in last night from Otherworld and is currently catching up on her sleep. The school had better be immaculate, though, because the wrath of marmite is a terrible thing indeed.....
Igor, get scrubbing those toilets, Matron kerri has a new supply of toothbrushes for the job. Hubert, take off those ridiculous stiletto shoes and get tidying up the stack of NSDs we have collected so far and place them neatly in the Cauldron of Doom. Whaddya mean, there's stuff already in the Cauldron? Igor, explain please.....today's soup for lunch....because your collection of chamber pots sorry soup tureens got broken in transit.....Clear out that Cauldron of Doom now, Igor, even if it means serving lunch at nine am............honestly, you can't get the staff...One life - your life - live it!0 -
Hello, *sheepishly sneaks to the corner, with head hanging low*.
Well I've managed 2 NSD but i really need to chain my purse up.
Went out for a meal on thursday to celebrate the kids returning to school. £6.50 for 2 courses which were delicious but i am meant to be saving. Then yesterday had to get a birthday present for my friend. This then turned into me spotting "bargains".
However, I have put a fair few bits away for kids for christmas and i have a set budget this year. So trying hard to be organised for once.
Anyway I am rambling. .....in order to make up for losing a nsd. I meal planned for the week and did food shop. £50 for 4 of us.
At work tomorrow so that will be a nsd and purse stays at home today. L2B.xLBM 2008 [STRIKE]£45,091.23[/STRIKE] eek: now £7889:T Debt free date 18/07/20180 -

Yikes! Please tell me that my jumbo-strength pack of Valium has arrived...:(I thought I'd finally made it off the starting blocks today but then the bin cleaner man came knocking. Yes,it can be very hard, especially when you've got children.Putting money aside for the coming school week and all the activities is a super idea.Remember, you make the rules to suit you.
Well,I'm pleased to say that the front page is updated. Please check that I've got the numbers all right and all the names spelt correctly!0 -
to all the newbies!
Good luck with the challenge!I hope that you're not all too knackered after the first week back at school.Whoever let those stink bombs off during morning assembly will be punished,I assure you!:eek:
We've already captured 66 nsds!!0
