We had a wren kitchen a couple of years ago. I fitted it myself though so saved any hassle from that side of things.
As to the quality, there are no complaints from us. The cabinets look good, the soft close drawers still work as well as the day I fitted them .
The only thing I didnt like was the time it took to actually get the parts. That and that they sent the wrong waste for the sink. To be fair to Wren, I spoke to someone the day before Christmas eve, she couldnt be more apologetic and arranged a courier who delivered the correct part first thing Christmas Eve morning. It fitted and I was able to enjoy a Christmas without earache !0
