Big big thank you to everyone who took the time to help guide me through this ordeal.
My appeal was successful of the ground of not a GPEOL as a substantial amount was based on debt recovery and "2nd stage process".
It did scare me when I received a evidence pack of 40 pages!
Nevertheless, I can finally put this behind me and learn my lesson to look where I park.
For the record, assessor was Nadesh Karunairetnam.
