good luck guys I have the opposite problem they wont send me statements, and it appears im being charged 156% apr on my loan account apparently its only 20.74% but whilst im getting charged about 370pounds every 2 months on a balance of 1,400 pounds something isn't right. I have been assured it is definately only apr im being charge and nothing else hmmm.

Although I shouldn't be charged at all as im in recovery department. Basically everything I now owe is charges!!!!

I have paperless billing with barclaycard...
I have had it since I got the card a few months ago, I got my first bill through the post and I phoned them up saying I didnt want the bills in the post anymore and I was quite happy to do it all on the internet.
There was no problem with them doing this for me, I was just told I would have to phone up every year to renew paperless billing.

I dont understand why they did this for me if everyone else is having a problem.

Well, unsurprsingly, Barclaycard online is not exactly a rolls-royce facility. Theoretically there is an option to change to paperless billing, but after clicking to move the little dot from ON to OFF half a dozen times, I gave up. Every time I press Submit, it reverses the change back to ON for paper bills. Then, when I filled in a Contact Us window, I got a message saying "OOPS" there is an error in your message WITHOUT any mention of what textual crime I had committed - I still don't know. 'OOPS' indeed. :rotfl:
