I have just eaten a tray of blackberries :T

I don't have cereal apart from oats so simple and use my milk for my coffee not keen on yogurts.

Some mornings I have an original oats so simple for breakfast but make with water. Its the HEXB I struggle on will it matter if miss it out like I do :(

I miss them out, I have muller light sprinkled with all bran golden crunch or choc,a banana or soft fruit. It is important to eat plenty,in order to lose, and fill your plate 1/3 free 1/3 superfree 1/3 meat,if you have seconds follow same rule.

Met two friends yesterday one home visting from Oz and the other my jolly buddy I go to meet in Engerland sometimes. We all met here.

It was wonderful surreal and sad all at the same time. :(

By the time we were getting over not havent seen our friend from Oz for so long it was time to go, as she has many people to see and functions.

I know I wont see her again for two and a half years. :(

Make sure she finds a support group as people with older kids know so much more than she will about how to get support and help and how to fill out all the paperwork:eek:
It's taken me a while to get used to all that you can claim but remember every bit of help make hers and his life better:)
Mrsnerf loves getting in the cinema free as ds3 helper:rotfl::rotfl:
Kids with issues are so happy and loving and so caring:cool:

She's def learning about the paperwork, she's got a lovely lady from a charity called shine who's been bringing and helping her with all the forms she needs to fill out.
The support worker, physio and social worker have been fab with info and she found a local support group so will be starting there next week with him. She's finding the hospital appointments very draining but physically and mentally, her DH uses his phone to record appointments so they don't forget anything important.

I'll have to remind her about one of them getting in free as his helper, thanks.

Also get her to look at the "family fund" as you can claim once a year and ds3 loves his iPad
