The night before you want the pancakes (or morning of if you have them for tea ;)), mix a vanilla muller light, quaker oatso sachet and 2-3 teaspoons of sweetener in a bowl and then leave in the fridge. Just before making them, crack 3 eggs into the mix and whisk it up until well mixed and it looks like a thick batter. Cook as per normal pancakes but the thickness of scotch pancakes (iyswim). Serve with whatever (fruit's always good).

I've also used vanilla with choc or toffee muller and mum has tried it with different fruit flavoured mullers, whatever you fancy really ;)

Wrote that down thanks sounds lovely. I know I don't like yogurts but making into a pancake will be different :T

I used to have them for Sunday tea (it'll make 2 large pancakes which I found plenty filling enough for a meal)

Lots of stationery items in Sains. at half prices and the like (dunno if any good to us;)) as I mentioned earlier - they're in the "Savvy buys" for S on msm - and including S Pocket Calculator at 74p, one penny cheaper than M, oh...! Another pointless M price collection exercise of my own just done:rotfl::rotfl:.

Lots of change (outside of the 'everyday prices') in M today, so much so that I reverted to good ol' pen and paper. To be fair I already had that ready - there were so many extra items that appeared from Wrexham last time that I wanted to try to keep tabs on them in my own store. Even ignoring those items however (which I did not:D), there would have been so much to remember from today that I think I would be nearly exploding again! (The key word being the word "nearly";):D.) Could this be an indication that we might have some glitches in our favour again from approximately tomorrow?

Again, lots of change, new mbuys particularly in the "fresh" fruit and vegetables area, and mbuys no longer on there too (as I think we suspected already - e.g. the potatoes). (I've put the word "fresh" there in quotations as the supermarket's ideas of what they call "fresh" are not necessarily the same as those of the wider public:rotfl:;). It can still, perfectly legally, be called "fresh" even if the general public might not have the same idea, as to how short a time they imagine they would be in the supermarket from the farm as opposed to the reality. In fact I don't think there is any legal definition of such vague concepts such as the word "fresh".)

I have some very good potatoes information to follow later btw...in fact, why not mention it now as a sneak preview? M Unwashed Potatoes 12.5Kg at £2.00 in M. That's such a good price, that even if we don't get through all of them and they start going really off, even if we end up wasting some, we're still saving money! Unless an F&V voucher goes on again, so I'm hanging fire (besides still having a
fair few potatoes left at the moment:T).

The Avocados appear really to be 99p each for a pack now, although you might get 3 for £2 in M if you happen to have an errant pack, with the mbuy price on them, still kicking around in your M.

It seems best to update a new list on the next thread, as that's due fairly soon. In any event, I also want to keep the records of the information obtained last time from Wrexham (not that this makes any difference at all on the price comparison services:rotfl::rotfl:) and keep this preserved on here.

In the meantime, it looks like last chance, for now, on the APG on these items (assuming they are working in the first place). Princes long-life juices off. Robinsons 1L off. Snack-a-Jacks off (or 'to be off', no doubt, once APG updated). Tetley off as well (these 'very good' tea offers in M almost always last only one week). The branded razors off (I think those worked better vs elsewhere before anyway?). All the baby foods off. The Johnson's baby lotions - they're off too, and the Miltons. All going up in price in your cheaper Morrisons!

    Afternoon paw sniffers,

Just back from a lovely visit to Richmond and Leyburn. I like saving my money on glitching at A and T and giving it to the nice people who run the farm shops and cafes:)

Made it to the teapot shop but my photos are blurred:) we watched the golden syrup teapot being made. Third from bottom. I was hoping the seconds would be cheaper than they were:o

Oh yes....there were camels at the farm shop:)
