Sorry to hear that you are not happy at work. Is there any point looking for something else? It will at least make you feel as if you are back in control of the situation. Have the people you work with changed too? Hope you have someone to lean on.

TM, 3 years till dh says I can retire so he reckons it would not be worth changing jobs. I love immunising which is about 10% of the job as I get to see real live children not just write reports on ones I have never met! Everything is safeguarding now, no health promotion, teacher training (epi pens) helping parents, etc. All the training we have to do is online, even immunisation training! doesn't make sense:mad: ever practised injecting a computer screen!:rotfl:
I live for the school holidays even though I don't need them now the children have left home.
I will survive!:) Thank you for your concern and enjoyed the hug:)
Hi Josie, sorry to be persistent. But 3 years is a long time if you are unhappy:o
You sound so passionate about your job....you would be an asset to any organisation. It wouldn't hurt having a look around:cool:
But in any event, you have work tomorrow. Choose to be happy, wear your best heels and lipppy, plan a nice lunch and a walk in the sunshine, knock them for six with your cheerfulness. Go girl go:)To do is to be. Rousseau

I've just had an email. Oh no:(, they're improving my current account:(:(. Must be extremely bad news. The email is actually from Natwest:o - but I only maintain a very low balance in a current account with them as the overdraft limit I've built up over the years is absolutely huge and would let me borrow without paying any interest should it be needed. So, for that reason alone, I've kept the account.
The email also links through to their website and I notice they are abolishing 0% rate credit cards:(. Now just one easy:(:( rate of 6.9% plus a £24 annual fee:eek::eek:. I'd rather have 0% for 6 months and then ditch it than pay 6.9% ever. Really really bad news.
I dislike anything that anywhere introduces that they say is "easy" and "straightforward". I want, and prefer, it more complicated. The more complex something is the more we can use it in some clever and devious way, to get more, whereas if it's "simple and easy" it must be for common-mass consumers and be a rip-off for all at every stage:rotfl:. I really dislike Tesco's "simple":(, "easy":(:( rate on their CC credit cards as well. It looked to me like you'd have to spend a lot more to ever even get a single penny out of it - problem was I don't spend anywhere near any amount at T to make it worth anything. No thank you. I'm having none of it:mad:.
I really dislike it when anywhere makes "improvements". It's almost always for the worse:(. Or like when they cut prices and make themselves cheaper thus making it impossible to get anything off the price promises from it:(:rotfl:. Boogers, making "improvements" and cutting prices:(:rotfl::rotfl:.0 -
I don't know whether I like the song or the vid more!
