really sad news a 12 year old has been swept to sea on anglesey several people we know are out with the lifeboats and searching the rocks:(:( ds2 was out helping on a fishing boat and they have been there this afternoon to see if they could help

I've always been about 10st or thereabouts, so when I went up to 12.5st, I just didn't feel right. I am down to 12st now, but it's the pop/pizza/crisps at night that make me so full figured.
Hopefully that thread will help.

I kept looking out the window yesterday when one of the sides went up thinking what on earth would neighbours think. I knew it wasn't right. But they said that was what they had been told to do. There was a bit of a mis-communication but it wasn't our fault.
I have 2 poles that are concreted in, will be a booger to dig up and move but think it will have to be done, or guess I could go the rotary route, not quite the same as having the full gust of wind blow through the washing though.
