Morning all
Attempting to drag my backside out of bed but it's just not happening this morning :rotfl:
I could happily hibernate for the next wee while...those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.

There's a fork in the road, which way will you go
You standing still or will you step into the great unknown,
Is yours to decide, this is your life.

Sophie cat is glued to me this morning which means the weather is going to be awful again
I sold a book on Greenmetroplis last night, didn't even realise my account was still live, 5 months since I sold one before. I did find the book though though and its ready to be wrapped but the study us now a mess - so depressing the amount of stuff you collect
So that makes today's list even more complicated - post office, building society, oxfam to take some stuff in, Tesco, Asda and Morrisons tocashback things, Sainsburys to do some returns and recycling Marks to use a voucher up ....“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

I spent the next few weeks trying to destroy the pass to get a replacement. I boil washed it, soaked it in a basin of fairy liquid and even gave it to my dad's dog to chew. That blinkin thing was indestructible!!:o
Then my Dad bought a microwaveMuhahaha.....that did the trick
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Destroyed!
So, I turned up at the guard room with my destroyed pass. I had perfect hair, glossy lips and an extra layer of mascara all ready for my new perfect photo. I asked the guy on the desk where to go for my photo and he said 'No need, we have your last one on file....we'll use that'   :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Sorry fairclaire but that did make me laugh

Nice day for a funeralWhat does one wear, when dress code is 'no black' ?
Do you wear colourful clothes?
or a plain item like grey or navy?
Plain or patterned?
help needed please ♥
When my aunt died, she didnt want anyone to wear black, so everyone turned up in colourful clothes.
If you are feeling uncomfortable and not sure, on what everyone is wearing I would go grey/navy/plain and it is then safe.

If you prefer free (and M are not running their offer when you need them!) there are loads of Blackberries ripe and out now in hedgerows etc if you are happy to forage

We nipped out for 3/4 of an hour on Saturday and came back with 6lbs of the things, just looking up recipes for blackberry jelly. Have the bag and everything, only problem being that it takes so long for it to strain! This means I have to be sure I have the following morning free.
There is one advantage to having a big freezer, I now have 9lbs of blackberries (3lb from a previous trip out) and about 4lbs of raspberries in it. OH is going to make wine out of the raspberries. The raspberries are coming on so fast at the moment I can barely keep up with them, picked them yesterday and there seems to be twice as many ready today
Have to find something to do with them though, they are taking up good bagel space! What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

New Look and Asda George have also started their sales.
Also the Sainsburys Tu sale is supposed to start soon - is it Tommorow Tuesday ??? they also take 25% off things that are in the sale :T
I've got one skirt to return later today if I can find confirmation of the sale. I've also got 2 dresses which may or may not fit - one was £10 and one £11 so I am dithering about them - yet to try on yet so I may be dithering over nothing.
TU sale starts tomorrow thanks to redfox when I asked the elite last month. I will be visiting Sainsbobs tomorrowgot a few higgidy coupons to use while I am there

I must add something to my will. Hopefullly not necessary for a good few years, but when I go I want everyone to dress really brightly, preferably bright red. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

Fresh fruit from the garden is always the best :j
We didn't buy strawbs for over a month as we ended up with so many (I made a ton of jam).
At one point I think I was getting 2lb of strawbs from the garden a day.Historic Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!
Mortgage started June 2015 = £170,000 January 2022 = £134,000
Saving for Xmas 2022= . . Amazon £55
