How are the S/P Peas comparing vs T? TIA. (I always forget whether it's M or T that is slightly best:o:o.)
A possible explanation, on the Plums, coming up!:) Whenever I eventually get to it:o:o:o - I'm just relaxing though and at my leisure - nice leisurely day just to make you jealous!:D:rotfl:
I suppose on the Plums we were lucky they are not comparing to M at 99p. Although, having just seen A's apparent price increase from 75p to £1:eek:, maybe not!
Buy 1 kilogram:D plums in M on 3 for £2 (can put with 2.5kg Maris Potatoes if doing mix and match, as mix and match not available in A). That's part way to the explanation that is to come later - if you are lucky indeed to have your M having the 1kg packs of plums. Those in Wrexham know the answer to that - you're in luck!:j - at least you are very likely to be, based on yesterday!:):) Sadly not a store within normal reasonable distance for me:(.
...Gosh, I'm a bit obsessed about having done the price collection in Wrexham aren't I?:o:o:o:eek: The novelty will wear thin, sadly 15 years later for me than for anyone else!:o:D:rotfl::rotfl::o:o (No, I'm just giving useful information that I know, useful in case anyone is near Wrexham - the info. above may be of use to you!!)
As usual, I've distracted from the original point: price for T on the comp. for S/P Peas? Many thanks.0 -

Agreed, to be honest I'm surprised no one's having a pop at Iain. Yes Diana made a mistake she's seemingly unwilling to admit to, but he threw in the towel. There was definitely salvageable elements on that cake, even if he scaled it down to a single portion. Still better than nowt!Classy_Chick06 wrote: »can i ask the bakers amongst the elite, if i was to melt the milky way stars down to cover a cake, do i add anything else to the mix or do i just melt them as they are iykwim..
tia
I would melt them as they are over a bain marie, unless making brownies, then melt with butter. Hope that helps!Jelly_Biactol wrote: »You've spelled 'BIRTHDAY' wrong:(

Afternoon all
Yesterday I had a lovely train journey back to Englandshire,a kid on the train was having such fun with a drawing type app on a tablet it got to the point where I thought I should get a similar appbut I can't draw to save my life :rotfl::rotfl: Got back late to find the internet wasn't working but an engineer has been and i'm back online
After two chaotic months hoping things will settle down a bit and I can find a routine, hopefully a bit more glitching and trying to keep track on hereSomething unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

Hi don't you have to take into account the two stamps needed to get the tmf. Stamps aren t cheap nowadays are they ?
Just sending off my claim now and it says to include a self-addressed envelope...it doesn't say a STAMPED self-addressed envelope
So it will only cost you 1 stampApparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -

When people turn on an organisation they don't hold back do they?!
T isn't exactly small and it is inevitable that others will compete effectively in some markets. If people stopped the doom and gloom then they could focus on developing and improving rather than taking crisis actions.
I am not sure splitting up T would make any sense - I am sure they can target all three markets through other marketing and store design actions rather than that approach.

:think:I wonder what would happen to the PP though? Probably, if it stopped, send people here to A as they would have price guarantee to use. But would A continue to compare against a 'discount T'?
Surely many people would want a mix of items from different ranges (value, standard and finest) based on what they thought were best quality for different types of products? (I fail to understand the psyches of most people though:rotfl:.) They wouldn't get all of that in one store under this approach and why would, or why should, they go to several different stores? But it's all about positioning yourself in the marketplace.0
