    Afternoon all :wave:

    Eventually got OH home from hospital yesterday evening. Breathing still iffy. Hopeing the warmer weather will help him.

    Anyway, Tesco petrol question to ask. Around about the middle of August I filled up my car with petrol and used my mums clubcard as she spent a lot in Tesco in July. Got a major shock when was told 4p off would I like to use that.:eek::eek: Said ok and went on my way thinking what has gone wrong. Anyway, yesterday saw a Tesco express receipt belonging to mum and at the bottom it the petrol saving is 18p litre to be used by 31st August :eek: Will be going round there later to see what has gone wrong. Im convinced she must be using 2 different club cards but she says no.
    Anyway, if I was to find out which clubcard goes with this tesco express do I have to use this petrol allowance by 31st august as I remember someone say that you have to use this one first before the next months can be used iyswim (blimey Im confusing myself typing this lol). So, of I was to use this say middle of September, wouldnt this 18p ltr be taken off first before I could use Augusts allowance which should expire end of september.
    If anyone can make sense of what Ive put, well done lol.

    tia :)

    I did get some thick cut marmalade for 10p a jar in B&M :)

    I near had heart failure when I got out of there though, when I was at the till I could hear a car alarm going off, but didn't think anything of it. When I left the shop I could see my car and it looked like the back passenger door window was missing :eek: :eek:

    Fortunately, my eyes were seeing things and it was just how the sun wasn't reflecting off the window but was the rest of the car :)

    I was slightly more concerned about the handbags I'd just bought that were in the boot :rotfl:

    Lots of talk about Loo roll. If doing an AvT it actually works out slightly cheaper to buy the Shades 9 pack at £2.20 after APG which I personally think is far better than Nouvelle.
    Which shades is this. Cant see any 9 pack cheaper in T's on mys.

    Oh those cheese savouries!! They are one of DS2 favourites. They used to be called cheese snacks and came in a red bag. They're now cheese savouries and in an orange bag. Exactly the same contents but he took a lot of convincing! :eek: :rotfl:

    As a for the fish bites. More expensive yes, but they go a lot further. I used to buy flippers for DS2 but he was eating a whole box in one go :eek: so I just buy normal fishy things for him now. Fish fingers, fish cakes, battered portions etc. To be fair I'd probably not buy these if it wasn't for the CB He pretty much eats adult portions so all those things aimed at kids aren't cost effective anymore. 50p CB on them and he eats 10 in a sitting with chips/waffles etc

    :rotfl::rotfl:

    Not here they don't - they were scoffed within a couple of days:(:rotfl:.

    Eating a box:cool: - must have had a bit of indigestion from digesting all that cardboard:rotfl:.

    Oh, good afternoon everyone!:o:D:rotfl::rotfl::hello:

    Does anybody know of the best place or maybe a Asda vs ??? Shop to get cheap cat biscuits. We have wild cats at work and my dad feeds them the biscuits. Has done for 20 years.
    He buys quite a lot at a time and stores it his house. Unfortunately last night his dogs escaped and ploughed through the lot, they ate the bags too! As you can imagine they are not very well at the moment!
    He says he usually buys then from sainsburys, however he just phoned to say they've run out... I said I'd sort it.
    Thank you ;)

    have you worked your way through this list? they send you a voucher in the post and somewhere else someone had applied once per offer and had dozens of these vouchers. You pick the free bag up from various places like garden centres and vets and vet hospitals, you choose your nearest from the list
