Also just had a weird experience, was outside topping up the oil/water/screenwash and changing two bulbs on my car and someone driving a Rolls Royce Phantom slowly drove past, watched me for a bit then drove off. I'm still baffled. Also received strange looks from my neighbours like it's not the done thing. I guess I'll never know.

probably thought you were trying to nick it. :D

Lol.. my dad wouldn't let me or my bros get behind the wheel unless we could do oil/water & spark plugs (I'm that old that screen wash wasn't invented then!)
My 'Uncle Tommy' , unfortunately no blood relation for inheritance purposes, had a Rolls Royce. One day, on the forecourt of the garage that he owned, he was topping up the oil/water/screenwash, with his mug of tea, a real @rse hooray henry, who thought Tommy was the hired help, made a comment about what you would think of the man that owned that Roller...
Needless to say HH didn't get his tank filled!!
