That's what I'm doing. I think I have 4 apps on my tablet now (the website I was directed to earlier has an app so that's on there too now
)
I think someone mentioned der Hund, die Katze and das Pferd earlier and I learnt those this week (vaguely remember them from school), which probably shows how low a level I'm currently at
It's really hard to focus so farbut I'm determined not to give up, will see how far I've got by Christmas :j
DS1 used some apps when doing his exams. I learned more from the short time living there than I ever did at school. If you have to live there you learn pretty quickly. It's a great thing you are doing so stick with it!
Say for the purposes of translating......you are probably learning more than enough. From what I've seen, and I have had occasion to use translators a lot in the past, they are good at piecing together the parts they don't know from translating the bits they do know. Stick in there0 -

I spent the next few weeks trying to destroy the pass to get a replacement. I boil washed it, soaked it in a basin of fairy liquid and even gave it to my dad's dog to chew. That blinkin thing was indestructible!! :eek::o
Then my Dad bought a microwaveMuhahaha.....that did the trick
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Destroyed!
So, I turned up at the guard room with my destroyed pass. I had perfect hair, glossy lips and an extra layer of mascara all ready for my new perfect photo. I asked the guy on the desk where to go for my photo and he said 'No need, we have your last one on file....we'll use that' :eek: :mad: :mad: :rotfl::rotfl:
:rotfl: :rotfl: sorry FC :rotfl:

I'm usually pretty good at getting the gist of some sentences from picking out the words I know.
It's flipping it the other way around I can't do.
Hopefully I'll be able to help DS1 with his study, between me and DH we have nearly all the subjects covered :jHistoric Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!
