When people turn on an organisation they don't hold back do they?!
T isn't exactly small and it is inevitable that others will compete effectively in some markets. If people stopped the doom and gloom then they could focus on developing and improving rather than taking crisis actions.
I am not sure splitting up T would make any sense - I am sure they can target all three markets through other marketing and store design actions rather than that approach.

You know I have builders today, I am just wondering how long they can go without needed to spend a penny.
Neither of them have been in and they have been here since 8am.
They did go off for early lunch somewhere as they do.
Maybe I am not making them enough cups of tea. :rotfl:0 -

Agree with the need for magic stars recipes as it'd be good to make some use of them.
It'd be handy if we could give the bags away as small gifts, but as we need the codes we can't. Can anyone think of an acceptable way to give away the contents of 80 bags of chocolate without giving the actual bags away?
put in empty glass jars cut a circle of paper and tie with ribbon over lid makes a pretty, and cheap pressie with any sweets, we did it with the tomato passata jars at christmas filled 10 up with different sweets for a family that we know with little kids that were having a hard time, used xmas material for the covers they looked really cute, you could even add a personalised label0 -

“Rip out 20 per cent of the range, have cheaper shelving and cheaper products in the more deprived areas and give customers a better deal. In London, where people want someone behind the counter who knows the difference between a parma ham and a serrano ham, that requires more investment.”
We obviously just eat carver ham up here! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I thought that. I like the assumption that London in its entirety is affluent, I know the food banks would disagree!
Also Nerfy I have trained my brother to leave the empty packets near my baking stuff'I solemnly swear that I am up to no good'0 -

Mr Aau, what kind of cake would you make for a 12 year girl? Only specification is to 'make it girly'
Last cake we had to make for a 13 year old was a chanel handbag!Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -
