Thanks Tweets She's in Crumpsall, she got upset this morning coz they said the might move her to Oldham, not sure why they would move her and she didn't ask. Think she's waiting for mum to come and ask the questions she wants answers to lol

Opening somebody elses mail is not illegal so you've done nothing wrong there. It only becomes an offence if you take info from that mail and act to cause harm/detriment to the adressee/other.

RM have entered into a contract to deliver post to the address on the letter as long as their is sufficient postage and that is what they will do.

RM as in the delivery service, yes. RM as in the pension department of where the letters are coming from, no. This issue is about the pension dept. of RM who have been advised otherwise, therefore they should not be sending it.
