    Dad shreds XBox games

Caution - bad angry language - but very amusing to those who have children glued to an XBox :rotfl::rotfl:

    Good Morning everyone,

My wife and kids have gone away for the week so it's nice and quiet for once in the Sad_Dad household. I can do what I want for a few days, I might even get chance to post on here and do some APG shops if there is anything worth doing. I think I'm going to organise my stash garage later.

It seems as though I have messed up with the 12 months 'free' SIM from T-Mobile that a few of us got back in November when there was a glitch on their website. They have cut me off and I've received a bill for £56, apparently I went over the monthly usage allowance. I'm going to have to be more careful until the deal ends in November. I'll be sticking to PAYG with Giff Gaff in future.

    Bye for now.

He wants to do it again

such a good idea he does not look like he is wossing out to his mates but i am happy to thanks so much :T

:(:( I thought you were my friend? shocked.gif

My OH likes nothing more than making me listen to something he knows I'm not remotely interested in naughty.gif

Ok, this is what he says. He brines the fish (we had salmon tonight) Do you know how to brine? Or should I stoke his ego by asking him that as well? :rotfl::rotfl:

Then he puts wood chips in a roasting pan about a tablespoon full (I told him not to push it when he started going on about different woods ) He says put the roasting pan with wood chips on the stove. Cover with a lid or thick foil and heat up until they smell smokey. Then put a rack that fits over the chips with the fish on. Turn down the heat to low. Leave for about 20 minutes, but keep checking depending on your 'heat source'. He says works the same with haddock etc.

You owe me big time miss Rhosy! :D:p :rotfl::rotfl:

thank you so much boys are of fishing today so are going to do this later, hopefully they catch something,:p i am so sorry you had to suffer for our pleasure ;););)

but now if you can be so kind ask him about brine, wood, hook sizes and preferred bait used :D

:pjust kidding I would not do that to you again :rotfl:
we will use fruit wood as have a lot of it, and have brined things before so all seems simple:) thanks again :A

Do you not need to add butter or sugar/syrup. Never made this for years but found a can of condensed milk (BB Dec 13) in cupboard & deceided to use it up.

No nothing else needed just put the tin in unopened in a pot with water and bring to the boil and boil gently for 2 hours turns a lovely caramel inside the tin
