Oldest DD is expecting my second grandchild in March and just phoned to say she is in hospital

She has gallstones and she has been in agony the past few days, blood tests have shown that stones have moved to her pancreas. She is waiting for a surgeon to come down to discuss the options. Awaiting a phone call to let me know what's what.

Tried reading up on google but it was clear as mud what best and worse case is. Just got to wait and see.

Years ago I used to have a game called Myst and this looks like one of the scenes inside it. All modern computer games are utter nonsense compared with it.

I think, but not an expert that gall bladder removal is pretty routine? (my mother had hers out) I'm not sure about the rest of it. I hope she's ok xxx
