We had a fantastic time in Mexico, including swimming with dolphins :D A few years ago now.
I can recommend Mexico, either the Riviera Maya (more touristy) or inland (more 'local' IYSWIM).

We did Mexico a few years ago Riu Yucatan at Playacar :j
    Fantastic :T

:(:( I thought you were my friend? shocked.gif

My OH likes nothing more than making me listen to something he knows I'm not remotely interested in naughty.gif

Ok, this is what he says. He brines the fish (we had salmon tonight) Do you know how to brine? Or should I stoke his ego by asking him that as well? :rotfl::rotfl:

Then he puts wood chips in a roasting pan about a tablespoon full (I told him not to push it when he started going on about different woods ) He says put the roasting pan with wood chips on the stove. Cover with a lid or thick foil and heat up until they smell smokey. Then put a rack that fits over the chips with the fish on. Turn down the heat to low. Leave for about 20 minutes, but keep checking depending on your 'heat source'. He says works the same with haddock etc.

You owe me big time miss Rhosy! :D:p :rotfl::rotfl:

I only have a mortgage, and one card, which is paid off monthly.

No one will give me credit….I even got turned down for a phone contract!

I have friends who have had credit and some have got into trouble with it, some of these people are on huge incomes..… I always think it is 'there by the grace of god' as we can all get caught out (if they will give you credit!!)
    I agree
