Our kitty has just started bringing us bees that he has ambushed :eek: We normally chase him around the house with the bee hanging out of his mouth with him growling at us. The chase usually ends with Oreo swallowing the bee and looking very pleased with himself

Ok, this is what he says. He brines the fish (we had salmon tonight) Do you know how to brine? Or should I stoke his ego by asking him that as well? :eek: :rotfl::rotfl:

Then he puts wood chips in a roasting pan about a tablespoon full (I told him not to push it when he started going on about different woods :cool:) He says put the roasting pan with wood chips on the stove. Cover with a lid or thick foil and heat up until they smell smokey. Then put a rack that fits over the chips with the fish on. Turn down the heat to low. Leave for about 20 minutes, but keep checking depending on your 'heat source'. He says works the same with haddock etc.

Near to where I grew up is a big country estate called Witley Park.

There was a rumour that under the lake was a glass ballroom....

I used to have friends that worked there as grooms for the polo ponies & loved going in past the bronze dolphin over a lake.

Well tonight whilst randoming researching another item I came across photos of the ballroom :eek::eek::eek:

It is true it exists :T
