Could some kind person tell me how to cook birds eye fish infusions, have thrown out wrong bit of box to get into freezer. Its also out of plastic wrapper.

I just chucked them in the oven with the foil tray provided...full whack for 5 minutes then turned it down to 170 for 20 minutes. Job was a good one.

That or sushi.

I think the whole lot is over now (appears to have relied on Monday's price collection and we are now on the Wednesday one).

Well done for saving yourself quite a lot of money by not getting caught up in this. Lots of failed shops were done, sadly:(.

Your having "been AWOL" this morning turns out, in the circumstances, to have been the best thing you could have done! Well done for avoiding it and welcome back!:)
