Been out shopping for shoes and trousers for kids, OMG, could kill a 14 year old, doesnt like anything, no shoes anywhere that he likes or will even try on.

Then he decides he doesnt want bog standard school trousers from supermarkets/matalan etc, he wants slim fitting ones, and the only ones we could find that he would even try on were £15 a pair in Matalan, but then he moaned they were shiny looking :mad:

Good luck with the second lender! Are you sure those are the only 2 options? I'm assuming the mortgage broker will have checked, but just make sure the broker is independent and they're not offering you those 2 for a reason, ie perhaps they get a percentage for the referral?

They're also not free (they charge fees if we progress further).

My mum shops at both Mr T's and A's and she gets posted loads coupons for Mr T's money off ? spend and till spits them out also.

I normally get till spits for rubbish I never buy :rotfl::rotfl:
