Free 2 hour parking at Heathrow Terminal 4
http://www.hotukdeals.com/freebies/two-hours-free-parking-heathrow-airport-terminal-4-1979710
Cost me £6 for one hour at Terminal 5 yesterday when I picked up DD2.

That's cool! Lived in London nearly thirty years and never known about this!
They do say
Time flies like an arrow:
fruit flies like a banana.
I was going to say are they from bananas. I opened DD1's kitchen waste caddy yesterday and was attacked by a load of the little boogers, banana skins nicely rotting on top. :eek:0 -

I guess you were talking to me DM. Sorry I didn't reply logged out minute earlier than your post.
I had a long day yesterday visit to DD1 and Teeny before picking up DD2 from Heathrow and then long way home as M27 shut from 10pm after junction 2 and the main A31 back to home, had to drive through the New Forest, got lost couple of times as missed the diversions signs, couple were not best placed.
Was absolutely shattered so was just a quick catch up for me last night.
Anyone else travelling down to or up from south west, towards Dorset check the night time closures over next few weeks on the Highways Agency, just happened to hit the first one last night, 10pm to 6am.0 -
Me
We have idiots that ride their motorbikes up and down the path in front of our house (theres no road) although they seem to have reined it in a bit since calming measures are put in.
One of our neighbours seems to like doing what we call 'burning the evidence' I swear it's every time I put my washing out, not sure why they can't just put their cardboard in the with recycling like everyone else does.
I also think there's probably a knocking shop and a dealer living near by from the cars that come and go but really don't want to know if there is
I suppose it doesn't matter where you live, you'll nearly always get someone that gets on your wick
Oh no, the list is growing.
Mine like slamming doors from first thing in the morning to the next first thing in the morning, and hoovering bedrooms at 7am or 11pm when they clearly know we are sleeping. If the son was not a massive dealer / fraudster who had been in and out of prison more times than Jordan has dropped her pants, I would happily have gone over and battered the lot of them. Do bear in mind, I am NOT a violent person but these are extenuating circumstances.:D:D

Hi RootedNomad, yes someone posted it on here a couple days ago I think. Thought I'd risk a shop and was pleased it's still working. Many thanks to the posterOfficial DFW Nerd Club - Member no 463 - Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts0 -
Neighbours - I think ours lives in a complete bubble with just himself in it.
the list is endless - not major things but small things that build up and get on your wick.
He has got himself a new whirly gig contraption for drying the washing and its positioned next to the fence line in the paddock so we get the full delight of his washing - Friday is sheet changing day as the girlfriend comes on Friday evening. Quite often some of his washing eg underpants will have flown off the line and landed in our garden
Later he brings the washing in and puts it all in the dryer very late in the evening. There is only one brick thickness between our kitchens so when you go in the kitchen late at night there is the low level vibration noise of the dryer. The other night he must have forgotten to switch it off so the smell of singing washing wafted through to our kitchen, up the stairs and into the bedroom
Then there is the small yappy dog who gets tied to the laundry post for half an hour of yapping.
Then there is his huge 4 x 4 car which is always parked on the road blocks the view so getting out of our drive is very dangerous unless you have someone to guide you out.
Then there is his side gate - does he really have to slam it open and shut each time he comes and goes?
Then there are the random workmen he has in for odd days - 3 different ones at the last count over the last 3 months who spends days noisily knocking plaster off the living room walls
Then there are the bonfires he has in an oil drum which he has to have as he has important papers to destroy except that the smell is of burning plastic, usually when I have got a line of towels out - the last one was at 6 in the morning so the plastic smell wafted into our bedroom window.
Then there is his garden itself which is more like a builders yard but he also has a large shed where his paddling pool lives - we have had to pay for a fence to be put up on his side now to give us some privacy
I stopped being annoyed a long while ago and mostly I think I am just sorry for him“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

Hi QOC. It's one of the reasons I have reverted back to washing powder. Regardless of what temperature I put the washing at, the awful pods / capsule things never dissolve and spready all over the washing. I hate it!
How is everyone?
Anything special going on at Sada? I've not been for an APG in weeks.
I put them right at the back of the machine, ideally in the midst of the washing.“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0
