You were rude first because you didn't read the Sticky thread created just for people like you by the person you then slagged off. You are lucky she is still replying to you and helping you.

Please read the Sticky thread for NEWBIES before you do anything else.

It was not polite at all to attack someone who is trying to help you by directing you to the place where ALL the information you need is available, but you managed to miss. It's at the top of this page for a reason.

Off to a great start OP.

Of all the people in the world who could really help you with this - especially given the blue badge/disabled bay issue - you've chosen the wrong way to seek their help.

Coupon is the most knowledgeable person on all things 'disabled' and is one of the most eminent experts in private parking issues in the UK.

Suggest you might want to try being nice!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

ok i see the point, but my point is you would never speak to anyone like that in person why do it online? and expect me not to retaliate?

i never attacked anyone i replied with the same attitude.

i dont see the harm in asking a question before reading anything.a simple "hey check out the thread i wrote above, come back if you get any problems" instead just plain rude.

That is exactly what coupon-mad did.

Presumably you found the template appeal when you read the top thread before posting? So why would anyone on this forum say they are not sure what to do, unless maybe they haven't read the sticky thread.

Oh - I see you have missed the top thread then which tells you every POPLA appeal on this forum wins...I suggest you stop asking questions and start reading the top thread.[/QUOTE]

... and with an attitude like the one you have displayed tonight, it's goodnight from me.

    You have asked for help.

    You have been given help.

You have been rude to the people who have given you help.

I will save my energies for people who actually want to be helped.

no need to be like that! i did read some of it i didnt see my concern in what i was reading,so i asked.simple....

Rubbish! - your "concern" is fully and exactly dealt with in post one of the sticky. You didn't need to ask again and asking the same question in different ways will not get you any different answer.

No, the only person being rude here is you - as part of your signup, you clearly agreed to have read and understood a very basic guide to using/navigating the boards - this includes finding the stickies and why they are there.

So you either lied and didn't read it or willfully ignored the posting conditions - either way, that's rude and don't be surprised if you get very short shrift for it!
